CLASSES

Penny has been teaching art classes on the Central Coast for over 17 years, based on the premise that everybody is born with an innate ability to create. Classes are run weekly and tri-weekly and private tutoring sessions are also available.   

Penny is a self-taught intuitive artist with a Diploma in Transpersonal Art Therapy, having learned from many different artists and applying that to developing her own style of painting and teaching. Penny sees teaching as a process of sharing and development, inspiring creativity and confidence in paint with her fellow surfside artists.   

When you attend an art class with Penny, you can expect to feel welcomed and engaged. You will learn to develop key painting skills based on painting in the style and subject matter that interests you.

Surfside Gallery is a fully equipped studio with all the materials you need to start your painting journey so there’s no need to go shopping before you come to class, all you need to do is book !
